Stature: Prenez la mesure de la plante des pieds au sommet de la tête. Cette mesure doit être prise sans chaussure et en se tenant le plus droit possible.
Tour de poitrine: Passez le mètre ruban sous les aisselles, au niveau des omoplates.
Tour de taille: Passez le mètre ruban à l’endroit le plus creux de l'abdomen.
Tour de bassin: Passez le mètre à l’endroit le plus fort du bassin (en général, au niveau des fesses).
Si les mesurations tombent entre deux tailles, commandez la plus grande taille.
Height: Shoes off, standing (or laying) as straight as possible, measure from foot soles to the top of the head.
Chest: Wrap the tape around the back, across the shoulder blades and under the arms.
Waist: Wrap the tape around the part where the abdomen is the smallest (naturally, without stucking the stomach in).
Hips: Wrap the tape oarounf the fullest part of the hips and buttocks.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, order the largest size.
ENTRETIEN:
Laver à 30°C de préférence, mais lavage à 40° ok
Toujours laver avec des couleurs similaires
Pas de séchage en machine
WASHCARE:
Wash preferably at 30°C, but 40°C is ok.
Always wash with similar colors
Never tumble dry
