Stature: Prenez la mesure de la plante des pieds au sommet de la tête. Cette mesure doit être prise sans chaussure et en se tenant le plus droit possible.
Tour de poitrine: Passez le mètre ruban sous les aisselles, au niveau des omoplates.
Tour de taille: Passez le mètre ruban à l’endroit le plus creux de l'abdomen.
Tour de bassin: Passez le mètre à l’endroit le plus fort du bassin (en général, au niveau des fesses).
Si les mensurations tombent entre deux tailles, commandez la plus grande taille.
Height: Shoes off, standing (or lying) as straight as possible, measure from the soles of the feet to the top of the head.
Chest: Pass the measuring tape under the arms, at the level of the shoulder blades.
Waist: Pass the measuring tape around the narrowest part of the abdomen.
Hips: Pass the tape around the fullest part of the hips (generally at the level of the buttocks).
If your measurements fall between two sizes, order the larger size.
CARE:
Wash at 30°C preferably, but washing at 40°C is ok
Always wash with similar colors
