You may return your order within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a voucher. We do not offer refunds.Returns of cut items (such as fabrics) are never accepted.
Shipping costs are never refunded.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Items that are not in a resalable condition will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from countries outside the EU free of charge, as we have to pay customs fees on every shipment from non-EU countries. Therefore, if you are outside the EU and wish to make a return, please contact us for details before returning anything.
